- Orders under $75 - Flat Rate Postage $9.00
- Deliveries within Australia are shipped via Australia Post.
- Delivery usually takes between 2 - 10 working days depending on your location and seasonal delays such as peak Christmas season.

New Zealand
- Orders Over $200 - Free Standard Shipping
- Orders Under $200 - $15 AUD Standard International Shipping or $25 AUD International Express
- Delivery usually takes between 3 - 12 working days depending on your location and seasonal delays such as peak Christmas season.
- A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.

USA
- Orders Over $250 USD - Free Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days)
- Orders Under $250 USD - $10 USD Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days)
- International Express - Flat rate $20 USD (3-6 Business Days)
- Delivery usually takes between 5 - 7 working days depending on your location and seasonal delays such as peak Christmas season.

- Orders are shipped via Australia Post which then transfers to USPS once in the United States.
- Customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia. Iland co is legally required to declare full value and must include an invoice for customs.
Rest of World
- Orders Over $250 - Free Standard Shipping
- Orders Under $250 - $15 AUD Standard International Shipping or $35 AUD International Express
- International orders are shipped via tracked Australia Post, which connects with your local postal service and it is trackable with them.
- A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.
- International deliveries on average take 5 - 12 working days, however, some countries will be longer than this depending on your local postal service.
- Customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia. Iland co is legally required to declare full value and must include an invoice for customs.
Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.
