WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

iland co. (say it like island co.) is an award-winning Australian resort wear label bringing you relaxed and chic island-style clothing all year round. We lovingly design (and ship) what we sell from our coastal Aussie HQ, which includes kimonos, kaftans, linens, accessories, bags and more.

ORDERING

As an online store, we're open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Simply add the things you love the most to your cart, select ‘Checkout’ and then follow the prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information and anything else you want us to know. Your private information and payment details are completely encrypted for your privacy and safety, but if you have any questions or problems, please email us at hello@ilandco.com and we will get back to you as quickly as you can finish a pina colada. 

PAYMENT

Credit card, PayPal, ZipPay and Afterpay are all available to complete your purchase. All payments are processed online securely by PayPal or Swipe and card details are never stored on our site. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. 

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

Online shopping with iland co. is simple, easy and fun.

  • Browse through our website and select the items you wish to purchase by clicking on 'ADD TO CART'. You can review your cart at any stage.
  • Proceed to the checkout section.
  • Fill out your personal details (name, delivery address and phone number). 
  • Give us any special instructions in the 'Comments' section.
  • Choose your payment method and pay for your items.

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email, together with a tracking number and link. You can also easily track your items here. 

PRE-ORDERS

Please note that when purchasing any pre-order items with other items from our store, your order will be shipped as a single package once all items are available. 

SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except public holidays).

Please expect delays over public holidays, and during adverse weather conditions. Please also expect delivery delays if you have property access issues.

For shipment updates, please use the tracking link provided or contact your local postal service with your tracking number. 

Please note, shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return. 

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that iland co.™ is not liable for any delay in delivery.

We have limited control over delivery times and recommend phoning the carrier listed on your email notification. As drivers are not hired by iland co.™, we do not have any say in their delivery schedule. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delay or loss once in the hands of a shipping party.  

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accent marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

Australian Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
    Standard Shipping: Orders less than $150 AUD incur a $10 AUD shipping fee.

Deliveries within Australia are shipped via local courier or Australia Post. Delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days depending on your location, as well as seasonal delays such as peak Christmas season.

Please allow an additional two weeks for delivery of any orders to Western Australia. We'll do our best to get it there before then but it can take this long. 

New Zealand Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over AUD $200
  • Tracked Standard Shipping: $15 AUD for orders less than AUD $200

USA Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over AUD $300
  • Standard Shipping: $15 AUD for orders less than AUD $300

US orders are shipped via tracked Australia Post which then uses your local postal service when it arrives in your country. International deliveries on average take 5-10 working days, however, some countries will be longer than this depending on your postal service.

Rest of World Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $350 AUD
  • Standard Shipping: $29 AUD on all orders under $350 AUD

International orders are shipped via tracked Australia Post which then uses your local postal service when it arrives in your country. International deliveries on average take 5-10 working days, however, some countries will be longer than this depending on your postal service.

We are not currently shipping to Mexico, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Guatemala, Portugal and Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services in those areas.

All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia must include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.

We are not liable or responsible for any import taxes or customs due on your order. Rejected packages will not be re-accepted by iland co. or refunded. Please check your local import laws before ordering.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS & SIZING GUIDE

We recommend hand-washing all of our items in cool water, with a warm iron if needed. Silk items should only be spot-cleaned and dry-cleaned.
